Over the years, the program has grown and evolved to meet the needs of Amazon River students, teachers and classrooms. Each year, they are excited to provide school supplies, transportation and community service projects to the children who live along the Amazon River. In addition, CONAPAC has also providing access to clean water in the Peruvian rainforest since 2008 by constructing and monitoring permanent water treatment systems to villages along the Amazon River. Their new initiative, the Family Water Project, places Sawyer PointONE™ water filtration systems in individual homes, helping more families attain this vital resource essential to good health.
